經濟部今天(22日)公布6月工業生產指數為107.61，年增0.88%，連續2個月正成長，主因是通訊晶片需求持續暢旺，帶動電子零組件生產。經濟部估計，7月份工業生產指數可望持續正成長，幅度約為1%；8月因基期較低，成長幅度有機會超過1%。

6月工業生產指數連2個月翻紅，來到107.61，較上月減少0.81%，年增0.88 %。其中，製造業生產指數108.76，年增1.58%，同樣是連續2個月正成長。

經濟部統計處分析，通訊晶片訂單轉強，帶動電子零組件業指數創歷年單月新高，是6月工業生產指數續呈正成長的主因。統計處簡任視察王守玉說：『(原音)其中通訊晶片需求轉強，帶動積體電路業延續成長態勢，致電子零組件業指數創歷年單月新高，年增6.79%。』

除了電子零組件表現優異，其他包括化學材料、電腦電子產品及光學製品、基本金屬也都呈現正成長。不過，機械設備業因全球經濟成長動能疲弱，抑制廠商投資設備意願，加上基期高，年減11.48%；汽車及其零件業年減1.75%，主因是外銷接單減少、進口車促銷競爭，使得國產車持續減產所致。

統計處表示，下半年行動裝置推陳出新，將帶動電子零組件備貨效應，加上半導體高階製程接單持續活絡，又有日韓面板廠調整產線，電視大廠可能擴大對台下單，若是電子零組件業表現持續暢旺，預期7月工業生產指數可維持成長1%的水準，而8月則是因為基期較低，成長幅度可望超過1%。
